MEMBERS NOTE: Once per Quarter Good Friends Fitness relaunches all of the Les Mills programs with new moves and grooves from your favorite Les Mills programs. During this week only, the class schedule changes to incorporate these Program Launches AND our Learn the Moves sessions. The Learn the Moves sessions are designed to not only make everyone feel comfortable with the new choreography but also so that we can help our members perfect their form and get more out of their fitness regime. This schedule is ONLY for Jan 28th through Feb 5th and will return to the standard schedule on February 6th. Please check the schedule online for all of the classes that will be held during Launch week, the above schedule only notes Launch classes and those classes who's times are changing for the week. All launch week classes are free for members. Reservation and waiting list participants will get priority for day of placement. |
