Getting back to a regular exercise routine is hard for new mothers. You don’t have to do this alone.

Join a group of new mothers just like you for an 8-week program that will take you from the beginning steps of getting to know your body after baby and transition you into a regular exercise routine.


Good Friends will be there for you every step of the way.

What is the program: Three specially designed classes per week for 8 weeks. Includes a training schedule, informational packet on post pregnancy exercise and 3 body assessments (start, middle and end of the program) to include weight, body fat analysis, measurements and coaching.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:00 am - 12:00pm + One weekend session to be determined by the group

How much: $200+tax/participant Includes a complementary 5-Class Pass for ALL classes

Already a member? Individuals with a Year or Month to Month contract get a 50% discount on program.

Kid-sitting w/Seminole Sitters for infants – $5/hr per child to be billed each month.
